Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Have its original tags and packaging, if applicable.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact nevositt@gmail.com as soon as possible.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective;
  • The item is damaged; or
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact nevositt@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products;
  • Gift cards;
  • Digital products or downloadable content;
  • Items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable laws.

Your item must still be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
